Research

The Centre for Southeastern European Studies is committed to interdisciplinary, cutting edge research. The centre collaborates with regional and international institutions whose main goal is to critically examine past and current processes in the Southeast European region and to provide recommendations for improvements to public policies.

The centre is the partner of the Balkans in Europe Policy Advisory Group (BiEPAG) along with European Fund for the Balkans (EFB) aimed to promoting europeanization and democratic consolidation in the region. Other completed and ongoing projects include a diverse specter of research topics such as education, minority rights, human rights, nationalism and economy in the Southeastern European region.
